Brian Mazure

Registered Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager
Brian has been involved in the building industry for many years, beginning his career with B R Malcolm Ltd in 1982. As a registered quantity surveyor he was an integral part of B R Malcolm Ltd's rise as the most successful building firm in Nelson, before closing its doors when the Director retired. In 1994 Brian joined Ian McCully Builders Ltd, bringing an expertise in commercial contracts, both large and small and this knowledge has widened the company's already extensive experience in the residential construction.

Richard Cole

Project Manager Richard has been with Ian McCully Builders Ltd for ten years, with a previous experience in project management of 15 years. Richard is responsible for our Health & Safety policies, staff recruitment and development and training of our apprentices. Richard also manages our commercial and large housing projects.

Staff / Equipment Resources

IMB Construction Ltd employs 50 employees, which includes 10 apprentices. We have a dedicated Store Manager who deals with all equipment maintenance and repairs, and carries out deliveries of plant and equipment to site. IMB Construction Ltd provides all plant required on site, this includes an extensive range of equipment, which adequately caters for all jobs.
