A health and fitness centre with an entrance on Bronte Street leading to an upper level overlooking a multi-sport court, set out to dimensions to allow the hosting of international netball in the future, the building also has self contained classrooms and a sporting facility.

The structure is a combination of steelwork and concrete, giving the interior space a grand and appealing appearance. The exterior combination of block work and color steel in a simple appearance, highlighted by powder coated aluminum, while the hardwood timber floor is up to the international standards expected in this type of building.
