This three story apartment block with views overlooking the Maitai River is located in Nelson's City Centre. The design is influenced by the Tuscan French provincial style, with a combination of Mediterranean and also art deco through out the apartment block.

The exterior uses ploy block with a solid plaster coat finish and double glazed aluminum windows which creates the Mediterranean appearance. This design style flows through the interior featuring a timber and wrought iron stair case adjoining the three levels, with complimenting chandelier lights.
